  1. Cooperate or register with gjkmt.com online helping platform with your full consent only after reading each and every Terms and Conditions very carefully and agreeing to them.
  2. You are solely responsible for any harm caused to you due to lack of understanding or misleading information. The platform is not responsible.
  3. Only Indian citizens above 18 years with sound mind can register, and only after approval from the company.
  4. Aadhar Card number and photo are mandatory for registration completion.
  5. Smartphone, PAN card, Aadhaar card, mobile number, email, bank account, and UPI ID are necessary. Only one consumership per person.
  6. WhatsApp number verification must be completed to receive financial help messages.
  7. You declare that your financial help is from legal and ethical sources.
  8. You are ready to provide unconditional direct financial help to other consumers on the platform.
  9. You agree to provide KYC information during registration.
  10. You are responsible for inviting at least 2 people within 30 days and explaining the platform clearly to them.
  11. You must provide financial help using your own money to those who already provided help.
  12. You understand the stages of receiving help as described, from Rs.150 to Rs.7,000 over 12 levels.
  13. You agree that financial help is for personal and urgent needs of the consumers.
  14. It is acceptable to use help received to complete help to remaining consumers.
  15. Misleading others or misusing the platform's honesty and transparency is illegal.
  16. Passwords are personal and must not be shared.
  17. You are responsible if your password causes any financial or legal issues.
  18. Do not ask for or share passwords with other consumers.
  19. Consumers involved in criminal activity can be banned permanently.
  20. Promotion of other businesses using platform contacts leads to termination.
  21. Violating terms may result in your consumership being transferred to someone else.
  22. To receive help, you must help at least 5 consumers and invite 2 more within 30 days.
  23. Interfering with other consumers may result in transfer of your consumership.
  24. You are responsible if you violate condition 36 and cause any legal consequences.
  25. You will only get the invitation link after paying SMF and helping 5 consumers.
  26. If you deactivate voluntarily within 30 days, help given is not refunded; only SMF remains.
  27. Only the 12 consumers you helped can request your deactivation.
  28. Only those in your help chart stages can request deactivation; you must refund help or reactivate in 10 days.
  29. For reactivation, you must provide proof of past UPI transactions if requested.
  30. Only UPI is allowed for financial help — no NEFT, DD, cheque, etc.
  31. If you fail to receive help within 3 days, your consumership may be transferred to someone else.
  32. All transactions must follow Digital India guidelines using UPI.
  33. Only official social media from the Trust are valid for platform announcements.
  34. You must pay taxes independently and responsibly.
  35. Legal action will be taken against violations of platform honesty and transparency.
  36. You consent to share your details with other consumers to receive help.
  37. Insulting or threatening others on the platform is a legal offense and may lead to removal.
  38. Misbehavior toward women consumers will be reported to authorities and acted upon legally.
  39. The Trust can update terms and platform policies anytime for improvement, and you are bound by those changes.
